Npower Gives Beneficiaries Power To Report Threat to Remove Them

Are you an existing Npower beneficiaries – be it 2016 or 2017 intakes? You can be under pressure with a series of threats from some states, offices or bodies claiming that they have power to remove you if you don’t partake in the campaign for elections, rallies or other political functions being organized by such bodies.

The good news was sent to the beneficiaries on February 2. The Npower support team was bold to tell all folks to calm themselves down, that, nobody could remove them from the scheme for not taking part in all sorts of political activities.

According to the note of confidence on the official Twitter page,

Dear N-Power Volunteers,we have received reports that certain states have threatened to remove N-Power beneficiaries for refusing to partake in political activities. First, no one can remove you. Secondly, REPORT anyone who threatens you.

The notice doesn’t only give you rest of mind for any false threat, it also gives you power to report the state, person, authority or office threatening you.

Even though there are other reasons you can be removed from the scheme, yet, not being to a political rally or so is not. A recognized reason is if you’re found working elsewhere.
