Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following recently approved Department in the School of Health and Health Technology for the 2020/2021 Academic Session:

DEPT./PROGRAMME : Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M. B. B. S)

SSCE SUBJECTS

Five SSCE credits passes or its equivalent at ONE sitting in the following subjects: English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.

UTME SUBJECTS

English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates who scored a minimum of 180 marks in the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) are eligible irrespective of their most preferred choice institution.

Candidates who have been offered admission in any other institution and have accepted need NOT apply.

How to Apply for FUTA Medicine and Surgery Admission Form

Candidates are required to:

  • change their institutions of choice to FUTA (if they have not done so)
  • ensure eligibility for Post-UTME by:
    • checking the University’s website (www.futa.edu.ng) for the admission requirements and mode of payment for the application;
    • completing and submitting the University Post-UTME Application Form online; and
    • printing out a copy of the Form.

The date for the conduct of the Post-UTME screening will be communicated to candidates through extant channels of communication of the University in due course.

CLOSING DATE: The closing date for payment, completion and submission of the application form online is Monday, 17th May, 2021.

How to Apply for Federal Polytechnic Ede ND Part-Time Form.

Kindly be advised that Candidates who applied for Daily Part-Time (DPT) and Regular Part-Time (RPT) are expected to register on CAPS (JAMB Site)in order to acquire JAMB Registration Number, which will be required to Process the Admission.

  1. Visit the Polytechnic’s website via https://www.federalpolyede.edu.ng/.
  2. Locate the 2020/2021 admission exercise and click on “Click Here to Apply
  3. If you have not created account in Ede Poly Portal, then CLICK HERE to create an account.
  4. Fill in the required details.
  5. Create on account and make payment
  6. Then complete your registration
  7. If you have created an account before LOGIN
  8. For those of you that have lost or forgot their username or Password, change it.

Application Cost

Application forms for ND PART TIME AND DAILY PART TIME Progammes attract Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000:00) Only.

Note that service/banking fees is not included in the fees above.

Successful completion of the programme will lead to admission into any of the programmes run in Polytechnic.

Closing Date to purchase the ND part time form is 31st October, 2020.

  • Filling of appropriate information should be done by candidate him/herself to ensure proper arrangements of names, address, Examination grade, Industrial training (I.T) date, JAMB Registration number and other relevant information.

  • Federal Polytechnic Ede will not be liable for any wrong information submitted by the applicants.
  • There will not be room for change of course after the payment of acceptance fee.

Applicants for National Diploma are admitted based on qualifications obtained in NECO, SSCE,WASCE, and GCE O’Level, NABTEB or their equivalents
Accountancy Business Administration Marketing Banking & Finance Requirements;   Credit Passes in five(5) subjects including English Language and Mathematics obtained at not more than two sittings. Literature- in- English or Oral English are not acceptable as substitutes for English language. Note: Accountancy and Banking & Finance require a Credit in at least one of Economics/Commerce/Principle of Accounts/Book Keeping Business Administration and Marketing require a credit in one of Economics and Commerce
Science Laboratory Technology Food Technology Pharmaceutical Technology Computer Science Requirements;   Credit Passes in four (4) subjects at one sitting or credit passes in five (5) subjects at two (2) sittings which must include Mathematics with at least a pass in English, credit in two (2) basic Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric. Science and a Pass in the third Science subject. Note: Pharmaceutical Technology requires a credit in Biology not Agric. Science and accepts a Pass in Physics. Food Technology requires a pass in Physics; Computer Science requires a Credit in English Language, Physics/Basic Electronics/Electricity.
Hospitality Management Requirements:   Credit passes in Five (5) subjects obtained at not more than two (2) sittings including English Language, Mathematics and one of Biology/Agric. Science/Food and Nutrition. Two (2) other credits from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics /Statistics, Commerce/Economics, Health Science, Food & Nutrition/ Home Economics/Catering Craft, Geography, Government, Technical Drawing and one Nigerian language (Yoruba/Igbo/Hausa).
Leisure &Tourism Requirements:   Credit passes in Five (5) subjects obtained at not more than two (2) sittings including English Language, Mathematics and Geography. Two (2) other credits from Economics/ Commerce, History, Book Keeping, Principles of Accounts, Mathematics, Fine Arts, French, Food & Nutrition, Home Economics, Government and one Nigerian language. (Yoruba/Igbo/Hausa).
Nutrition and Dietetics Credit passes in four (4) or five (5) subjects obtained at not more than two (2) sittings including Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric. Science with at least pass in English Language and Physics.   Two (2) other credits from Physics, Economics/Commerce, English Language, Home Economics, Food and Nutrition.
Estate Management Requirements:   Credit passes in Five (5) at obtained at not more than two (2) sittings. These subjects must include; English Language, Mathematics, Economics and one of Physics/Chemistry, Biology/Agric Science, with Credit in any of the listed subjects: Geography, Government, Principle of Account, Technical Drawing, Fine Arts.
Quantity Surveying Requirements:   Credit passes in four (4) subjects at one sitting or Credit passes in five (5) subjects at not more than two (2) sittings. These subjects must include Mathematics, Physics/Chemistry with at least Pass in English language. And any other two (2) or three (3) additional Credit Passes in any of Fine Arts, Technical Drawing or Engineering Drawing, Geography, Economics, Biology/Agric Science, Further Mathematics
Building Technology Requirements:   Credit passes in four (4) subjects at one sitting or Credit passes in five (5) subjects at not more than two (2) sittings. These subjects must include Mathematics, Physics and English Language. And two other (2) additional Credit passes in any of Technical Drawing, Metal Work/Wood Work, Further Mathematics, Geography, Biology/Agric Science, Chemistry and Economics.
Art and Industrial Design Requirements:   Credit passes in Four (4) subjects at one (1) sitting or Credit passes in five (5) subjects at not more than two sittings including Mathematics and at least a pass in English Language Three (3) or four (4)other credits from Biology/Agric. Science, English Language, Fine Art/Visual Art/Cultural and Creative Art/Die and Bleaching, Chemistry, History/Government, Literature in English, Clothing and Textiles, Geography, Economics/Commerce, Religious Knowledge, Technical Drawing and Home Economics.
Urban and Regional Planning Requirements:   Credit passes in Four subjects at one (1) sitting or Credit passes in five (5) subjects at not more than two sittings including Mathematics, English and one from Physics/Chemistry/Biology. Two (2) or three (3) other credits from Biology/Agric. Science, Chemistry, Physics, Further Mathematics, Geography, Economics/Commerce, Fine Arts/Technical Drawing, Government/History, Religious Knowledge and one Nigerian Language.
Electrical/Electronic Engineering Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Engineering Requirements:   Credit passes in Five (5) subjects at not more than two sittings including English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. One (1) other credit from Metal Work, Technical Drawing, Further Mathematics, Basic Electricity/Electronics, Biology/Agric. Science, Geography, Electrical Installation and Maintenance Work, Economics, Computer Studies, Civic
Mass Communication Office Technology & Management Requirements:   Credit passes in five (5) subjects obtained at not more than two (2) sittings including English Language and Mathematics. Any three (3) other credits from any of History, Literature in English, Economics/Commerce, Fine Arts, French, Government, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Typewriting, Principles of Accounts and one Nigerian language (Yoruba/Igbo/Hausa), Religious Studies (CRK/IRK). A minimum of pass in Literature in English is required in addition to the normal entry requirements. Note: Office Technology & Management accepts credit pass in Shorthand.

Applicants should apply on the Polytechnic’s portal making use of their ATM card/Master or Visa Card and make payment of Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N7,500.00) only, then proceed to http://mapolyng.com to complete application forms online.

Candidates are advised to carefully follow the directives on the on-line form, having confirmed their eligibility and qualifications before selecting programme to avoid being disqualified.

  • Candidates applying for admission into the National Diploma (ND) Courses must possess five credit passes in the relevant subjects in SSCE (WASC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB) which must include English Language and Mathematics. Other relevant subjects are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, Economics, Government, Geography, Commerce, Accounts etc.

How to Apply for Delta State Ozoro ND Part-Time Admission Form.

  • All interested candidates should log on to dspz.mycportal.com and click on Online Application, then click on Start a New Application
  • Fill in your personal data and select Programme Type, School, Department and Programme for both first and second choice course.
    Note: Under Programme type: select National Diploma (Regular Part-Time). Under Department, select department of your choice (E.g. National Diploma Marketing II)
  • Click on “Pay With Card” to make application fee payment with either Verve or Master Card InterSwitch enable card.
  • An Application Number will be generated after a successful payment and Reference Number will be sent to the specified “Email Address”. (Please click on the Online Information Guide for further instructions).

  • Under Admissions, click on Online Application Forms.
  • On the Application Page, select the Programme and enter your Phone Number.
  • Click the Sign In button
  • On the Generate Payment Invoice page, fill in your details ACCURATELY and click the Submit button (NOTE: THIS INVOICE IS FREE OF CHARGE).
  • Select your payment mode: Make payment of Eight Thousand Naira (N8, 000) only using the generate Remita Retrieval Reference Number at any bank or simply pay with your bank ATM Card.

How to Apply for Akwa-Ibom State Polytechnic ND Part-Time Admission Form.

APPLY HERE

  • Candidates should visit the School website http://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng, click online Application, then generate an invoice with the following details  i. JAMB Reg Number ii. Phone number and iii. Name
  • Candidates should go to any commercial Bank in Nigeria to purchase an electronic application pin (RRR Number) for ₦2,000.00 (Inclusive of Bank and other charges).
  • Using the pin, visit http://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng  to fill and submit the application form. Download and print the acknowledgement slip.
  • All applications MUST be concluded not later than 11th December 2020.

Applicants can start and complete this process anywhere in the country. All shortlisted students will be published online and undergo a screening exercise on a date to be determined.

Note:  Screening exercise shall be done based on a calibrated format devoid of physical contact with candidates.
