A majority of (if not all) government-owned institutions will start selling post UTME/screening forms as soon as JAMB announces the national cut off mark. I have explained this in the second stage to after JAMB and result release.

This waiting is very common among the federal institutions really. By law, they’re required to wait until that is announced. This is because these schools are expected to be at the stakeholders meeting where the national cut off marks will be decided.

However, states universities have the right to wait for JAMB’s announcement of the national cut off mark before proceeding with the sales of their forms or choose to sell forms without waiting. Kwara State University (KWASU) and Nigerian Police Academy (POLAC) for instance, will start selling forms immediately UTME results are released.
